Bello's Wish Dragon - Part 3

“What have you gotten yourself into
now?” laughed Paja, swooping down and landing on Bello’s head. She was
about a third of Bello’s size, this little white bat with her crazy
third eye. Paja had the strange ability to float around. Bello never
really understood what she was or where she came from, but they were
friends nonetheless.

“I found this cool thing!” Bello announced as she sat up and bounced over to pick the bottle. “See?”

“Hmm.” Paja picked the bottle up with her big old paws and examined it. “Well this here is a bottle my friend.”

“Not just any bottle!” Bello said, then went into a mysterious whisper, “It’s… MAGIC!”

Paja laughed, “It is quite the ridiculously fancy bottle to find in the
middle of the forest, I will admit dear Portabello, but I doubt it’s
anything but a sweet smelling container of spices.” She then took a deep
inhale of the cinnamon scent. “Mmmm. That does certainly SMELL
magical.”

“No no, it really is magic! I can feel it! But I can’t open it!”

Paja peeked inside the bottle, “Oh how quaint. Little pumpkins inside.”

“I knooooow! I want to get them but I can’t break the bottle open!” Bello whined, hopping up and down in frustration.

“You know Bello, what if this bottle is haunted by an evil spirit, ready
to set its revenge on whoever discovers its totem?” She suggested with a
dark glare that disturbed her friend.

“I… I didn’t think of that!” Bello shivered, “Maybe you’re right. Maybe we should put it back under that magic tree.”

“What magic tree”? asked Paja.

“That one!” Bello turned around to point to the magical glowing orange
tree she had discovered earlier. But, it wasn’t there! Just an empty
space where the tree used to be…



Not as detailed as the last one, but that's okay. It's all about the story anyways, plus I want to draw more! Hehe.
