It's kinda really big but you know.
It's really worth reading! =O It's detailed and gives you all the steps to how I draw on Paint MS!

Edit 3-27-07: Please don't fav. This tutorial is out of date and poorly done. I'll try making a better one soon. For now, this is being scrapped. I just dislike it. x3

Edit 2-19-08: Again, this is a very outdated tutorial, and I no longer use MS Paint, so if you have any questions or you want tips on the program, I'm afraid I can no longer help you. D: Sorry.
I also shrunk this monster as it was unnecessarily LARGE.

lol nestly XD This will help me with eyes and stuffs with lineart when I use paint (which isnt often because its hard without a tablet x.x) Thanks for taking the time to make it for us XD
